Il faut avoir l’œil partout. Au début, le travail semblait bien réalisé. Cependant, avec le temps, j’ai constaté plusieurs anomalies : certaines zones n’ont pas été enduites ni peintes, et des pièces entières n’ont pas été peintes du tout. J’avais demandé une peinture blanche et lavable et avais bien montré les murs pour qu’ils soient préparés correctement. Maintenant, on me dit que l’erreur vient de moi, mais je ne suis pas professionnelle et je comptais sur leur expertise. C’est vraiment dommage.

You have to keep an eye on everything. At first, the work seemed well done. However, over time, I noticed several anomalies: some areas weren't coated or painted, and entire rooms weren't painted at all. I had requested a white, washable paint and had clearly shown the walls so they could be properly prepared. Now I'm told the mistake was mine, but I'm not a professional and I was counting on their expertise. It's a real shame.
